Sensitizing employees is the crucial protection measure in the modern business environment, e.g. when it comes to fraud detection and manipulation attempts via social engineering. Only when employees feel responsible for the protection of critical company assets such as personal data, weaknesses in their behaviour can be addressed and mitigated accordingly.

Adequate behaviour, that strengthens the company's resilience towards internal and external threads, requires basic technical skills (e.g. how to generate safe passwords) as well as knowlege of applicable (data protection) law. Employees must e.g. know how to handle incoming data subject requests and report potential data breaches.

As for all "dry topics", motivation is key to success. That is why our workshops are designed in an interative way that aims at understanding and integrating the procedures already existent in the company. Our aim: buidling a sustainable privacysense amongst the attendees.
